- Beckendale Ltd are backed by their own in-house Administration and Project Management Team ready to discuss and facilitate client requests.
- We have the support and expertise of an Employed Team of qualified experienced Engineers in various fields, alongside time served contractors working cohesively with us.
- Our system software allows us to have the capability to implement standardized processes and procedures, allowing us to maintain consistency and quality in the service we provide to our clients. We can process, assign and dispatch suitably skilled Engineers to both planned and re- active jobs, with them receiving real time work requests and allowing the Administration Team to always track their progress on jobs attended.
- We offer free on-site surveys and quotations are valid for 30 days.

Beckendale employ qualified Gas Safety Registered Engineers to handle all aspects of Boiler Works competently, efficiently and professionally to fully comply with current legislations.
Landlord CP12’S & Boiler Services
All Gas Safety Checks and Boiler Services can be pre-arranged via our office system, safe in the knowledge that these essential checks are not missed.
CP12’s and Boiler Service certificates are sent automatically via the Engineer to our system software immediately on completion and can be emailed immediately to the client.
Boiler Installations
Beckendale will visit site to discuss all your requirements with you and advise and guide you on the correct boiler system to install in the property within budget and timescale.
Beckendale provide a free of charge no obligation quotation for all boiler installations.
Boiler Breakdowns
We understand the importance and urgency to promptly attend to investigate a boiler breakdown. We always endeavor to arrange same day visits where possible in the event of a property being without heating and/or hot water.
Our Engineers will carry out a full boiler diagnosis and where possible fix on site. On the occasions where this may not be possible a quotation for repair will be sent to the client for approval before any further works are carried out.
